Our processing area is constantly wet and needs daily washing at the end of the day, can
flooring be applied onto that area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. we have dedicated products catering to wet manufacturing condition. Forincrete MF is usually a good choice and Forincrete AS can be applied to those places with an even higher anti-slippery requirement. The amount of slip resistance required will depend on the operating conditions of the environment in question and can be adjusted by using different sizes and/or shapes of aggregate to produce the desired texture. It is important to note that slip resistance and cleanability are inversely proportional to one another so it is important to strike a good balance Clients don’t have worry about issues like slippery floorings and water seeping through the flooring etc. More insights can be shared after on-site inspection.

Some of my machines are fixed onto the floor and some are heavy. Can the flooring be
applied around those fixed on?

Yes. It would be the best if machineries can be moved but we are able to apply on the area surrounding the machine as well.

All material is supplied in pre-weighed packs to ensure optimum performance. Therefore, it is not necessary to split or proportion packs on site. The exact application process and required tools will vary depending on the type of flooring being installed.
